How much filters is too much?

So I remember when I was younger I used to put A LOT of filters on my pics and today looking back I gave myself a lot of cringe, idk how I would upload that shit lol. Today an example of the most I use is this video but I don’t think it looks that silly to upload. I also look at some gym noobs and they use a filter that makes detail show like crazy but fucks up the whole quality of the pic and looks like it was taken with a potato, I just laugh when I see those. I want to know what do yall think, is this amount of filters cringe or its alright?

Just got banned from chatting for 3 days, is there a solution or do I just take it like a champ?

After reading Instagram's rules, I noticed it said, "You can't promote, sell, or explain how to use drugs" I felt my comment had nothing to do with that, so I appealed it. Instagram notified me that after they reviewed it, they concluded it did indeed violate the rules. I don't understand how people can say racist, classist, homophobic, and other worse things, but I (who didn't even mention any specific drugs) get banned. By the way, the comment was because someone gave an absurd opinion and I commented that in response. Do yall know if I should continue appealing, or is it better to just wait for the three days to pass?
