We will demonstrate outside Meta offices

We are tired of automated systems, permanent bans without clear explanations, and appeal systems that feel completely impersonal.

More and more users are sharing the exact same experience: disabled Instagram accounts, lack of transparency, and no real opportunity to explain the human context behind a situation. We are not asking for immunity for serious violations. We are asking for proportionality, human review, and second chances in ambiguous cases.

That’s why I believe we should organize ourselves:

collecting testimonies,

contacting journalists and media outlets,

creating public pressure online,

organizing demonstrations near major Meta offices such as Menlo Park and Dublin,

and demanding more transparency regarding bans and appeal systems.

If you also lost an account and feel like you were never truly heard, join the discussion. The more organized and serious we are, the more likely we are to actually be noticed.

The goal is not intimidation. The goal is a more human, transparent, and fair system.
