[Homemade] Mango Sticky Rice Nigiri with Ube Condensed Milk
Had a ton of mangos, and wanted to make a dish for a get together. Since it was an outdoor gathering, I was thinking about how to make it easily shared and eaten... So went for nigiri.
Was put together rather quickly, so missed some things I'd want to change next time, like sesame seed sprinkled on the rice.
