So I escalated a complaint about multiple delivery issues (6 within 2 weeks). I heard back from customer service that "delivery windows can't be guaranteed".

What's crazy about that is I was complaining mostly about scheduled deliveries.

Wish I could 100% boycott Amazon, but there are some things I can't get anywhere else. But, I'm going to take the money I spend and spend as much as I can elsewhere.
