You know how when people travel to the far lands, after a long time of traveling the game starts losing precision, when you walk it looks like you are teleporting, the black outline of your blocks are offset to where they should be, etc, I'm looking for a mod that fixes it.

I swear I saw a mod that fixes it a while back, can't find it for the life of me.

Not needed but the source code would be nice too, even if under a smelly license, if not I'll just decompile it lol.
