i had to factory resetnmy headset and i cant find a not outdated zarchiver/shizuku tutorial for the life of me, could someone help?

Is there a way i can get them?

Details: my headset just freezes whenever i turn it on and it unfreezes for like 1 frame every few seconds

my quest just freaked out and its frozen but unfreezes for a tiny moment every like 5 seconds, ive tried restarting, powering down, letting it die then charging it and trying again. i can access the factory reset menu just fine but i have a bunch of files and old mods i dont want gone... any help?

so my headset freaked out and i had to re-pair Shizuku but when i click on the notification that comes it it doesn't open the menu for me to put in the pairing code, it just says something like wrong pairing code. So what I'm asking for is could someone tell me a fix for it or another preferebly standalone way to mod Bonelab?
