Im havibg my first outbreak,HSV2 still red nearly 3 weeks, day 4 anti virals, it keeps pussing then healing, is this normal,? Will it heal ?.

Can i go gym ? Im active and its bothering me, so thought i would post.

I feel its getting better but very very slowly, im eating well, and also im taking my time.
