Hey all, I was using a multimeter to test out my golf carts controller output. I put the black lead on my main negative battery post on the battery and my positive lead on M - , the white wire leaving the 1510 controller on a club car precedent 2010. The cart now does not run whatsoever. Did I fry the controller??

Hey guys, I have a 2010 club car precedent that taps out on speed at about 11mph and is very slow/weak up hill. However, yesterday, I was driving it and it seemed to perk up, climbing hills with no problem and a bit faster.
As a result of this problem, I went ahead and replaced the speed sensor and mcor. Still, the cart is back to going slow and weak uphill. Any ideas what the problem could be.

Hey everyone, I recently purchased a 2010 club car precedent with no batteries. I installed a new lithium battery, bypassed the obc, and the cart runs, but very slow, maxing out at about 11mph.
I have read online that it may be the speed sensor. So, I went ahead and upgraded that to a high speed sensor. Still, the cart is only going 11mph. Something is clearly limiting the cart as you can tell it wants to go faster, but is being restricted by the controller or something.
One additional note, at the high 11mph, it’s not a strict cut off in speed. It varies just a bit. It’ll go to 9mph, then let a little surge through and get up to a 11mph. Maybe a bad mcor?
