Can anyone help? I think it’s a fake gold ingot but need info on the exact marks

I’m 99.9% sure this is not gold because of the “silver” scuffing on the back.

But does anyone know anything about this piece? I got it in a job lot and want to offload it but don’t know if it’s a branded piece or what.
