Hi! I just experienced this frustrating situation. Umorder kami sa McDonald's kanina tas ginamit ko yung QR Code kay atome. Upon paying, nag go through yung payment sa atome but yung sa POS is nag error. Nag reach out ako sa staff ng McDonald's to help me out and she checked the POS transaction history. It was written there that my payment is Pending Reversal😭. That is worth 1500 and sabi ng staff babalik daw sa end ko yung money within 2 to 3 days. How true is this?
