Just a warning, I will be talking in detail about why I think I should leave, it does get pretty gross though because things that have been said are gross, so I warn you to not read if you don't like gross sex stuff.

So I'm 19, I started this coffee job a few weeks ago. The job itself is pretty smooth sailing. You just ring up things and make drinks, as easy as pie.

The problems I have with the actual job are:

1, this is a double drive-through in the busiest part of town. Cars line up out in the street, and if you don't get it done in between 4 to 5 minutes, you get in trouble. I totally get that, too! I just don't think I'm quick enough for it, and I also hurt my arm recently to where I have limited mobility, so it's not awesome.

2, That's basically it, I haven't been taught formally by the manager to make drinks, though, so I'm not allowed to even when things are busy, which slows everything down a lot.. but hey, I'm not in charge.

The real issues I have are with my coworkers. Jesus christ, dude, these people suck so much. I understand bad coworkers come with every job, but I feel like this is kind of extreme.

None of them talk to me when I try to talk to them, even about just doing tasks and things I need to complete an order. They stare straight at me and ignore me. Whenever I walk out of the room , they start talking about everything they find terrible about me, like, saying my name and mentioning me specifically, I am not mixed up about this. A lot of what they talk about is me being Jewish and how that makes me into an idiot for following religion, how I'm (insert the actual slur for mentally handicap people), and how I should just leave.

They'll all talk to each other, though, and when they do, it's extremely graphic about the sex and parties they've experienced. Like, I mean graphic, like I know what my coworkers boyfriend's dick looks like now just from the description alone, and what he likes to do with said dick as well. They look at porn together when there's not customers. They openly talk constantly about how stupid fellow coworkers are and go to the extreme end of it where they said they should die.

It was when my coworker was talking about how some old man came on his nipples and his nipple piercings got infected and then talked about his gaping ass that I started to consider maybe I should not... be.. here.

The manager hears all of this too, and she doesn't do anything, I don't know if this is normal or not but if it is I have to get a job deep sea welding or something. Everyone is trying to make life harder for the other because they're mad about something they've done, which just gets me mixed up in the crossfire. It pays kind of ok I guess, but I have been offered an interview by someone who pays a bit better and has a normal coffee shop, so I don't know.
