Is service out in LA, 90027?

I can't log into the app or access support because the service is paid for by a largely absentee property owner, but I'm the on site Jannie and have a Congo line of residents complaining at my door. I've power cycled equipment and all the 7e advanced internet access points are flashing red including main one attached to modem. I saw some chatter about an outage in LA that was supposed to be fixed around 12am today however we weren't affected at any point during that officially acknowledged outage. Thanks in advance.

Ps: it's not the equipment, all the 7e stuff (router and hard wired repeaters) are blue and working fine when switched over to a sloooooowwww 4G tmo cellular gateway so they're all temporarily appeased and it's not enough of an issue for me to call in and try to demand support anyway but I just don't know what to tell residents about outage or resolution time frame
