Hi all, I was trying to sell a virtual video game item, I listed it a couple days before the buyer purchased and kinda forgot not knowing if it’d even get bought, anyway I end up checking my email randomly and seen someone purchased it a day ago… The buyer understandably seemed worried they got scammed, I was embarrassed and really apologetic to the buyer and offered them a refund of course, they still wanted to buy it though and were understanding and really nice about it even though I was late which was good.
Everything went smooth my funds were just in pending, then I randomly a couple days later get emailed I’ve been permanently suspended… I can’t remember the exact term but it was for “community safety”?? Or some super vague BS along those lines with no specific reason given…
I’m pretty upset as it was literally my first sale ever on the platform in my life so I don’t think I’m gonna use it in the future lmao, I’ve of course called support multiple times and keep getting “there’s nothing we can do and we also can’t give you the specific reason we banned you.” Beyond frustrating. Im out both the game item and the money… ugh. Does anyone have any tips, should I just keep calling? So annoying
