Hello. Planning to get a BYD Seal 5 dynamic. Srp is 948k. Any tips if my income (on paper) is only 35k php. But i have a few side hustles and passive income where i will be using to pay for the MA and not touch my basic pay. I have Pisowifi/boarding house/bookkeeping services. But none of these side hustles are registered in the BIR/LGU so i cant provide proof of income more than my base salary as an employee alone. Plan to DP 40-45% (around 400k) but idk how to calculate MA. Will co borrow with my partner or my brother who are both seafarers. Any tips kung ano po best options ko para ma approve.
