Applying for Emirates CSA (Cabin Services Assistant) Role While Outside UAE?

Hi guys, question.

If I apply for the CSA (Cabin Service Assistant) role at Emirates while currently located outside the UAE, is that okay? Or do applicants need to already be based in Dubai/UAE?

Also, if shortlisted, do they usually conduct online/video interviews like HireVue for the Customer Service role, or is the process different for CSA applicants?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who applied before or is currently working in the role. Thank you so much!

What does a CSR job actually feel like day to day? (What Does the Job REALLY Look Like Behind the Scenes as a CSR for Emirates)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been reading about customer service jobs, and I keep seeing mixed opinions about how intense it can get.

People who currently work as a CSR or used to work as one, what does the job REALLY look like on a daily basis?

When your shift starts, what usually happens? Is it really non-stop passengers/calls back-to-back? What kind of concerns do you deal with most often (delays, rebooking, complaints, etc.)?

How strict is the environment in reality like handling time, scripts, monitoring, performance metrics, breaks, and all that?

And emotionally… how draining does it get on a normal day or after a few months in the role?

I’ve also heard that in airline customer service, things can get very high-pressure because passengers are already stressed or upset. Is that true in your experience?

Lastly, I’m curious if it’s really common for people to leave the role early, or do most people actually stay and grow in it?

Just trying to understand the real picture from people who’ve actually lived it.

Thanks a lot!
