I was at a party a couple weeks ago, with a guy I've been talking. He asked to have sex and I said no. He asked to finger me and I said no I dont like that (becuase of previous stuff that happend) anyway time goes on and we've drank a lot of alcohol at this party. We ended up alone in a bedroom and we were just kissing which I was fine with, untill I felt lots of pain yk inside and just an in and out motion. I think it was his fingers but i am not completely sure which body part becuase i was still drunk and unaware. By the time I was realising what was going on it felt too late. I told him get off me and try to shove him off. He got off but grabbed my hand to his dick to use instead. I felt like as long as he wasnt touching me. But then he continued in certain areas. I couldn't move like in theory I could have got up but I couldn't move so I just pretended to pass out so he would stop. Ofc he didn't and I just waited for it to end. The next day he apologised for "forcing me" but denies it now. Is this rape and is it still rape if it was just fingers?
