I (18F) and mg boyfriend (18M) have been dating for 4 years. I’ve never dated anyone else, nor has he.
My boyfriend and I are having a discussion on me and men when approach me in social setting’s. He says that I can be too friendly with them to the point it seems flirty.
In my eyes, flirting would be like little touches and long chats that get somewhat personal. When I talk to guys who approach me at party’s we usually just go over the usual “hi I’m —-, oh I’m 18 too. Do you like this song? Yeah me too” and maybe talk about music for a bit before going to hang out with my usual group.
He says that the guys that talk to me always seem interested in me and I should see the signs of flirting. I told him that it’s not my problem if someone try’s to flirt with me because I’m not interested in anyone else and I never see the conversations as flirty.
He’s annoyed. I feel restricted. AITAH?
TLDR: My boyfriend thinks I let guys flirt with me and I am annoyed at this.
