Can anyone please recommend the best Burger spots in tly and Kannur(Town)?

I have raised the request on 18th April under form 31 and it's still marked as under process and after I raised a grievance, now it's updated as : Claim will be settled as per the sequence of receipt of claims.

When can I expect it to be settled?
