What do you estimate is the conversion rate from interview to offer.

For people with predicted grades, you already pass through two filters, the usual shortlisting and the uee.

There can be three cases,

1. Interview goes well

2. Interview was mid

3. Interview went badly

For each of these cases what do you think the success rate for an offer might be?

Also once selected for interview is that the only thing your decision matters on then? Or the interview will then once again be considered with your overall profile
