Does This Dealership Situation Sound Fishy?

Purchased an out state on April 22nd. It was financed they received the check on the 24th. Paper work was done. I added 2500 to cover shipping cost. Time passed on the 30th they called me and said nobody is biting and if I want to add more. Previously to this I got quoted myself and it seemed like I was already overpaying a bit with the 2500 (I didn’t mind paying 2500 cause it wasn’t to far off from the quotes + I wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of planning the pick up so I didn’t mind that price). But once they told me to add more I got suspicious and went out and sought out a transportation on my own. Called the dealership and told them the vehicle would be picked up the next day. This is when I noticed my sales persons attitude change as if he was annoyed. He said he needs to check paperwork to see if the vehicle is good to go. Then he called me back saying the check was deposited on the 28th and I need to wait 7 days till it “clears”. Then sends me a picture of the process they follow when a customer buys a car from out of state and states “… I should have already sent you this…”(Which was never sent to me till now). It’s been past 7 business days and it hasn’t “cleared” I honestly believe it’s pettiness but not sure.
