so basically the seat, row, and section were all correct except that i forgot to label it as wheelchair accessible. i was under the impression that since stubhub had information about the stadium, it would know that the whole row is ONLY for wheelchair accessible. I also had no idea I had to list it that way because the way I had to mark it as wheelchair accessible is having to click on the ticket to make note on restriction then click “wheelchair accessible.” it was a clear misunderstanding with confusing instructions to even make a note that it is wheelchair accessible.
now i’m being charged for the order + 20% penalty. How can i dispute these charges? how likely can these charges be refunded? I understand that it is the seller’s responsibility to list the correct information. but again i did list the right information, i just had no idea that i also had to make a note that it was wheelchair accessible.
