Hi, I’m having an issue where the nozzle is scratching the print bed and unable to print.
The printer is an ideaformer IR3 V2, and I can provider further info if needed!
I’m not sure how to troubleshoot the issue, as we’re completely new to 3D printers and the amount of info is overwhelming.
We’ve been googling but I feel like a lot of the troubleshooting guides are lacking for beginners or there’s missing steps etc
I’m aware the main issues may be off set z axis, something with the nozzle, something to do with autolevelling? However none of the troubleshooting guides i’ve found dumb it down enough to show how to change the offset or how to remove the nozzle etc
When I press auto level to home, it scratched and makes an intense grinding noise, damaging the print bed.
If anyone has any advice, or even any resources that we can use to troubleshoot and fix, I’d be eternally grateful. As we are very new beginners, it may be the simplest problem but we just don’t know!
