I have just a curious question that to know of physiotherapy and spa are the same thing because both deals with massages, just the difference is that it is for old people.

I am doing Master's of IT at Monash University Clayton Campus, I have seen her at GYG where I met a her. it's like I have seen a mermaid living on land, I tried to approach her but I was not able to find courage to be able to talk to her, because I get nervous or something.

Please tell me a way to remove this nervousness, tbh I am just scared to talk.
