We filed an FIR ( case of physical assault by iron rod and opposite party also filed fake cross FIR) on 8th Feb 2026 and and a case is showing on my district e-court portal as case registered on 11 march 2026 and it was showing first hearing date as 30th april 2026 , but we did not recieved any Court Notice to appear in court and my family member are also waiting for it. And they did not go to Court on 30th April 2026 as they are saying we will go only when they receive court Notice to appear .
So what could be possible reason for delay of the Court Notice ? What should we do now? Now it has become 3 month now.
