I have a memory from when I was a very young child flying Sydney to Gold Coast sitting next to my mum with my dad and brother the row behind and looking over at my grandparents in the middle of the plane but no one else can remember being on a plane like this. Did qantas ever fly 2-4-2 configuration on this route late 90’s/early 2000’s or have I not remembered this right?
