If rated 50% for anxiety/depression alcohol use mild, and i tell the va i havent been drinking and they give me buspirone, can my rating be lowered for saying i am not drinking?

Long story short, i have major social anxiety, constant negative thought loops i cant escape, always irritated at almost everything etc.. i started busiprone 4 days ago 5mg twice a day, on day 2 i noticed im not annoyed at anything and im not having anxiety which is great, i noticed things that used to annoy me like my dog stopping every 5 feet to sniff grass i dont care about anymore, but i also noticed the same feeling of joy i got from looking at a good gym pic i just almost feel nothing, will this stay that way will i just never be able to feel joy without anxiety and irritability? Im supposed to increase to 10mg twice a day in a week
