Hello Redditors!
How do we 'reset' or whatever, in order to lose weight we've gained back? Is it go full on liquid? The food noise is killing me, and I end up snacking instead of focusing on the diet.
What would/did you do?
Thanks!

In the ad I saw there is a woman using what looks like to be this product and she has shoulder length hair. Because I am weary of everything on the internet now, do you think this would actually work before I spend 50$ on it?
OR
Does someone have a similar product that works? OR does someone have a great tutorial to watch with another type of hair tool?
I have fine hair (obviously, the group, duh) and it has layers (I didn't want layers, and the stylist assured me it would be better. I do not see that stylist anymore)
Thank you all!
See you at the hair salon!

Hello Redditers!
I just started Wegovy - only one dose of 0.25mg - and while I know it will take a bit of time to notice the difference, I was wondering about how the app has changed with me adding the GLP-1. The interface (front page) turned to macros (I think that's what it is called), and I swipe to see point usage.
Should I be counting points, or worry more about the macros? Or both?
I had Gastric Sleeve surgery 3 years ago and gained about 30 pounds back. I started WW to try and get that off, and then changed to the med plan.
I'm 41 if that makes a difference. I am also exercising 3-4 times a week.
See you in the comments!
