Hi hi! My roommate Ashe and I are looking for a new roommate for our upcoming lease beginning June 1st.
This is a cozy bedroom in a 3 bed 1 bath in Wrigley/Lakeview. The apartment is close to literally everything! We're inbetween Addison and Sheridan and Jewel Osco and Wholefoods are about a 10 min walk away. There is free laundry in the basement and a patio out back. We have lovely friendly neighbours who we've built strong rapport over the years and would love to have you join us!
We both have a cat of our own (2 cats total in the apartment) and are pretty chill. We split internet and electric. Heat and water is included in the rent. The room can fit a twin or full comfortably. Utilities are about $40/pp.
