I have had this controller for some time, and it has never shown this issue until recently and I have no clue what could be causing it.

My buttons, AXYB, will sometimes Double Tap. I cannot control what is causing this, I cannot replicate it on command. It just sometimes hits A twice, which when menuing can be incredibly frustrating.

I have tried many things, going into different input modes. I've tried turning off steam controller things. I do not know what is causing this.

Is this a common issue? Does anyone know a fix?
