Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a discussion about a problem I had with my P10 Pro Ultra to see if others can relate:

I bought my robot during black friday sale through amazon (Am located in Canada). Everything seemed to be working well for about 3 months. We started having issues during our weekly full cleaning (mop+vac) around february; the Robot would just shut down mid-job. Good to know; we have a fairly big floor plan, it took about 80 minutes for a cleangenius job.

Turns out, after contacting customer service, it was most likely a faulty batterypack (manufacture date > july 2025). I noticed the robot shutting down at around 30% charge. It would never get the 15% notice to pause its job and go charge. We would loose all history for that job and would have to go place it manually back to base. After booting back up, the battery would always show 18% right away.

Customer service was alright, not the easiest but fairly okay. They requested a video and proof of purchase, but I managed to get around the video proof by describing the issue as I did above (and said i could not take a video of the issue at that moment). They agreed to proceed to an exchange and sent a prepaid shipping label within 3 days.

I had to find a box (really recommend saving the original box for the whole warranty if you can) and shipped it with UPS (at staples). Within about 3 days they sent a replacement and it took only a week to arrive, which is pretty good.

New robot was manufactured in december 2025, hopefully the battery is from a good batch this time!

Anyone else had this problem? Was your robot made in july 25?
