Guys, I built a PC and the shopkeeper gave me an RX 6400 XT, saying it’s a good GPU. When the build was complete, he didn’t give me the GPU box. I took the boxes for all the other parts, but he said I could collect the GPU box after 7 days because it needed registration.
I brought the PC home and played games, but when I tried recording with OBS, I found out it doesn’t have an encoder. After doing some research, I learned that due to cost-cutting, this GPU doesn’t include an encoder. When I used the CPU encoder instead, the game performance became bad and FPS dropped.
So I went back and told the shopkeeper it wasn’t working properly. He took some extra money and gave me an RTX 3050. He said he would give the 6GB variant without extra cost, but when I asked for the 8GB card, he said I would have to pay more.
Did I get scammed?
