After weeks of research and looking at different outdoor kitchen setups, I finally went with a unit from BBQ-Plancha. Super happy with the quality so far.

I was worried about the heat distribution, but it’s surprisingly even across the whole surface. I’ve been using it every night this week,eggs and bacon for breakfast, then steaks for dinner. Cleaning it is way easier than scrubbing greasy grates, which is the biggest win for me lol.
