Hi,
I bought a Jupiter 2 and after a lot of problems I wanted to return it, but they replied that they have a dedicated R&D team to solve my issues and offered me either a 100% refund or 2 kg of resin + financial compensation if I keep it.
So I want to ask if you think they are able to fix the problem with the printer crashing when working with files larger than 2GB and other issues…you know what kind of problems it has…or if I should rather send it back since there is no guarantee of a fix.
I don’t want to ask this on the official Elegoo subreddit.
