I use Kubuntu 26.04 (24.04 and 25.10 earlier) and I notice frequent stuttering during normal use - Chrome, Tidal (Elektron). Sometimes even the whole system stops for a few seconds. I can't see any serious errors in the KSysLog, nor in journalctl. ChatGPT claims there are issues with KWin, Wayland and NVidia. My GPU is RTX5060. I use 595 driver (I used 580 and 590 too). Both 25.10 and 26.04 worked like a charm for two days after the installation, but then the stuttering appeared. X11 doesn't help much.
