So, like I mentioned, I messed up and put my customer ID instead of my actual account number on the Dstart platform for the pre-hire survey where they ask for bank details. And I submitted it too.
Is there any way to fix this? I've sent them emails, but I haven't heard back from HR or anyone. No reply, no acknowledgment.
Also, could someone tell me how to get in touch with the HR onboarding team, maybe by phone? I keep having these questions and issues, and I can't seem to reach anyone. They don't give out their contact info in emails, and they never reply to my mails. I always end up having to come to this subreddit just to ask even the smallest things.

I recently received the Dstart portal mail from Deloitte USI, and while going through it, I saw that we’re supposed to fill in bank account details for the salary account.
The thing is, my joining is still ~3 months away. I’m a bit confused about how I’m supposed to open a salary account right now without actually being an employee yet.
I even called one of the bank RMs listed in the Deloitte sheet, and he also said this isn’t how it usually works. According to him, typically you join first and then open the salary account so that salary can start getting credited from the first month itself.
