I’ll be in Huntsville for a week this summer. I want to go to a restaurant and experience true Alabama style food. I’m not sure if southern food is the same thing or not. If I wanted to eat true Alabama food where should I go?

I'll be in Huntsville for a week in July. I've become a huge fan of walking tours as a way to get a quirky offbeat perspective of a new place. Any suggestions? Hopefully this will be in the evening; I know what the weather's like there in July. Very much obliged.
