Hi, I received a letter today from the Foundation Year team at the university I applied to. It mentioned a new rule for non-EU students who require a visa to enter Italy. According to this rule, students must demonstrate an Italian language proficiency of at least B1 level. As a non-EU student who does not have a B1 certificate in Italian, I am quite concerned about how this might affect my application. Does this mean that my application could be withdrawn?
For context, I have already paid the first tuition fee.
