

Hello, so I’ve already attempted to contact Xbox support about this but I haven’t really gotten much use out of it so I figured I’d come onto here and give it a shot. As you can see in the first picture it wouldn’t let me sign in, so eventually I restarted my xbox and it let me sign in for around 5 minutes before kicking me off my account again. Within those 5 minutes I went onto the game that I was going to play, it let me play it for a little and then it kicked me off and the second picture is what it said, I tried multiple times to sign in and also go onto the game (Sorry if the pictures are kind of blurry, my hands are shaky and I couldn’t be asked to stand up and take a proper photo lol)
I tried everything the support told me, unplugging my Xbox, fully restarting it, restarting my WiFi connection, clearing the cache etc, I checked the service status and it says everything’s up and running. Not too sure if this is just a me problem or it’s currently happening to anybody else? Any help or advice on what I could do about this situation would be great, thank you!
Also, it’s happening to both of my Xbox accounts, not sure if that helps with anything but worth a try.
