Used to be throughout the day if I started feeling tired or blah it meant it was time to take some caps. It got so I was controlling when to feel good. Now that I’m off the K, when I find myself feeling lousy or blah, there’s nothing to take! No instant feel good. That’s the hardest psychological issue for me. I can no longer control feeling good. I have to let my body feel good when it wants to feel good. Exercise of course is good for an endorphin buzz, but you cant go for a run 6 times a day which is about how often I used to dose. It’s hard to remember how I dealt with the blahs that everyone gets without the caps.
