Can somebody help me to identify if she is just bloated or is it dropsy?

She stopped eating two days ago. I feed her Hikari Vibra Bites, mosquito larvae/white larvae and sometimes bloodworms.

She once made white long poop, but that was about week ago

Other infos:

80L tank and 27°C all the time, and filter 0 ammonia and 0 nitrates, 6,5PH sometimes 7PH I've had her for one month I've cycled her tank for 28 days I do weekly 20% of water change She has no tankmates Decorations in her tank are natural plants like anubias and egeria densa, plus one big root and coconut shell
