Thoughts on WaterWipes and its citrus?

Currently trying to heal a fissure and normally use a peri-bottle but when I carefully check with toilet paper or wipe, there's always a tiny bit left. So I just want to do one gentle wipe/pat to make sure I'm clean.

Wet TP tends to break up and leave bits behind.

Been using Anusol witch hazel wipes as they came widely recommended in a google search but I've just read on here that the temporary relief is not worth the issues caused by the potential constriction of the skin due to the astringent witch hazel.

So I'm looking at WaterWipes but they all seem to contain citrus, which is obviously an acid and we are meant to avoid eating such things, never mind put them straight on the problem area! Any thoughts?

Example products:

WaterWipes Sensitive Baby & Toddler

Water (Aqua), Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract*, Sapindus Trifoliatus (Soapberry) Fruit Extract, *Contains trace of Benzalkonium Chloride

WaterWipes Soothing Clean Baby Wipes

Aqua (Water), Lavandula Augustifolia Extract, Citrus Grandis Seed Extract* (Enthalt Benzalkonium Chloride), Glycerin, *Contains Trace of Benzalkonium Chloride

WaterWipes Sensitive Biodegradable Newborn Baby Wipes

Aqua (Water), Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract*, *Contains trace of Benzalkonium Chloride

I know we're supposed to stay active and try to at least walk for 30 mins a day to aid digestion but I've been finding that activity, even carrying bags of shopping, usually makes pain worse.

I don't know if it's a coincidence but it feels like hills and steps bring on the pain more than walking on flat ground, not immediately but soon after. Even small hills. Anyone else noticed this? Maybe it's because my pain is random throughout the day and it's correlation not causation.

Thanks
