The message in the title keeps popping up as a pop up notification over and over again. I have tried all thr advice I was given online. I cleaned the port. I changed charger cables. I changed the USB connection to only allow charging. I also tried to turn off Android system notifications but it wouldn't allow me too.

Im at a loss here, it keeps draining my battery and is honestly overall quite annoying. Does anybody have some advice?
