Hey all,

Have a question I’m stressing about so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I submitted my 6 month work extension late by 2 weeks for my current role (work for a bank in VIC so not exempt). My extension requested has been submitted and I also have a letter from my employer confirming this. If I continue to work will I be in trouble since the extension is late? Has anyone been in a similar situation or know the best way to go forward?

From what I’ve heard it takes a long time for the home affairs office to reach back out for this if it’s ever picked up
