Hello. It’s my first time using A ring doorbell. I successfully connected it to my WiFi. But, every time I move the doorbell away from my Router, it keeps on disconnecting . I tried everything to reconnect but it would only reconnect if it was in front of my router. Does anybody know how to fix this problem , thanks..

Hello. It’s my first time using Ring, can someone please help me. I switched my WiFi to 2.4g because that’s what most of the doorbells require. But when I go to connect it in the app, the WiFi address doesn’t show up and it is not connecting. I don’t know what to do now someone please help. Thank You
