I have filed online early March and we are now in May. Ive received a letter saying my refund is delayed than usual but I want a little bit of info or talk to someone. Ive been calling them but they have “trouble” connecting and a lot of pause then restarting until it hang up. I feel this is made to deter callers. It wont let me connect to an agent.

Is there any trick to pass this?
