Help with Pirate Party decklist (Luffy ST29)

Hello!
I will have a pirate party tournament at my local shop this week and I wanted to use my old Luffy st29.
I was thinking about this list.
Any recommendations on how to make it better?
Some info:
I have an additional Robin 7c
I have the Borsalino playset
I only have 2 flame dragon and 2 you’ll frighten me
I have no Kumas.
