DXC2 PTFE Tube sheared off inside coupler

I have been enjoying the new DXC2 and it works well. I hadn't needed to remove the PTFE tube for a while and it actually sheared off inside the extruder. I am using a pin to try and remove it and just wanted to pass along that you should check your PTFE and make sure it is not worn down.

Calibrating some Elegoo PETG pro and it looks like the max volumetric flow is around 25. I am using the microswiss hotend and DXC2. Some slight quality issues observed around 40.

  1. Yes I made sure the nozzle was dry.
  2. Yes I did a heat soak of the bed
  3. VFA's are most likely belt tension related.

And yes, I am just having fun.
