Found a nice deal on a decent red dot to mount on the P211, and I'm very happy with how it ran! Vortex Defender ST.
Swapped to the lighter recoil spring this time around. This lady eats anything I feed her. Zero'd in very nicely. I wasn't super used to red dots on a handgun, as I mostly had them on some rifles I own. I was very surprised how nice it felt!
10/10 would buy another
Was finally able to take her out last weekend to shoot, and what an absolute blast!
Definitely up there as one of my favorites, right alongside her sister in the background. Ate every kind of 9mm I fed her, and I have the heavier recoil spring installed.
Only thing I found that I didn't like was how it feels low to shoot, if that makes sense. I had to aim higher than I felt I needed. The factory sights aren't bad by any means, but I'll probably end up getting an optic to mount sometime soon.
Highly recommend for anyone debating getting one!
