My HR goes up to 170-175 during workouts. (59yo male overweight.) My Race S came with a default Max HR of 160. Maybe that should be telling me something? Regardless, I changed my max to 170 expecting to have a better idea of the time spent in various Zones during workouts, but it seems all the zone thresholds stayed the same. Check out this recent bicycle ride. 🚲 Zones 2, 3, 4 are very narrow, seemingly unchanged from default. What would you recommend?
