Hi all, I am extremely disappointed with the support for my Kobra X. After the latest firmware update, the printer is completely bricked by Error 11518. I have been waiting for over 5 days with a dead machine. I have opened TWO tickets (#1316241 and #1321356) and sent every video and log requested, but the support (Nelson) keeps sending the same useless copy-paste replies. I am a direct customer of the official Anycubic store, not a third-party buyer. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to start a PayPal refund claim. Is anyone else having this issue with the Kobra X? Anycubic, please step up and fix your firmware! This is unacceptable for a flagship machine

Hi everyone! Happy to join this group. I’m a happy owner of a Bambu Lab A1 Mini, and I recently added the new Anycubic Kobra X with ACE Pro 2 to my setup. It's a great machine, but I’ve hit a major roadblock and I’m curious if anyone else is in the same boat.
The Problem: I'm getting the Error 11518 (Abnormal Printhead Clogging). The printer is completely blocked.
What I've already tried (The "Expert" approach):
Full Reset: Performed a factory reset.
Standalone Test: Tested the printer using only the top spool holder (Channel 1), bypassing the ACE Pro 2. The error persists.
Hardware Swap: Since I like to be prepared, I had already purchased a spare ACE GEN2 Tool Head. I replaced the entire original head with the brand-new one.
The Result: Even with a 100% new tool head and no filament inside, the Error 11518 won't go away.
My Theory: Since the error stays even with new hardware and no physical clogs, I suspect this is a Mainboard fault or a Firmware bug related to sensor voltage/sensitivity.
I’ve contacted Anycubic Support, but so far I’ve only received automated Wiki links. I'm attaching a video showing the error happening with the new head installed.
Has anyone encountered this specific code? Did you manage to solve it with a secret Beta Firmware or did you have to get a motherboard replacement?
Thanks in advance for any insight! Happy printing! 🛠️📦
Last night, 3 hours into a print, the spool on ACE Pro channel 4 (non-original, eSUN) ran out. While printing, I couldn't change the spool; I had to cut the last bit of filament because it was stuck to the spool core. At that point, I got an "Insufficient power/feed on channel 4" error. The printer tried to retract the filament but didn't finish. Everything froze—no commands worked, the "Extrude" button was inactive, and clicking the spool icon did nothing. I had filament detection and auto-refill active, but the screen was unresponsive. I had to cancel the print; only then was I able to extract the filament and reload a new spool, losing 4 hours of work. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you know how to fix it if it happens again? Thanks.
